Bronwyn Salo has exceeded expectations in every way. Early on there was a dispute between myself and the seller. She was calm and respectful, though she could tell I was anxious and upset that I may be losing a large sum of money. She explained what would happen if we went to court and very gently advised that if the we could come to an amicable solution with the seller, this would be the best outcome for everyone involved. This gave me the courage to reach out to the seller for one last try, and wow, everything turned around. We came to a great solution together. It never would have happened without the support and kindness over the phone that day. Since then she has always been helpful and positive. I'm very grateful to say the least.

Litierally, MONTHS after a very successful but "continually changing conditions" closing, we get a crazy notification from wells fargo to produce yet a different title insurance, when they already signed off on the closing?! Anyway, we have ZERO experience with all of this, and Bronwyn just magically handled it. It is IMPOSSIBLE got get anyone to return calls at wells fargo, and yet, Bronwyn worked her magic and solved the problem. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL. Please take several moments to honor her work. Overall a good transaction. There was a miscommunication with notary on closing date to my clients but may have been a language issue. I felt staff could have reached out to my clients more (via phone) especially when things were missing and incomplete but again this may have been due to the language barrier. I would like to see at least one bilingual (Spanish) staff member to assist my future clients.

She is proactive in her administration of the file. She seems to be able to do things that no one else can do evenwhen constrained by a short time line. I would totally recommend the Shelton office for any future real estate needs. Particularly for Lot B - the 7 acre wetland parcel, Dennis Pickard was involved in the title document which included the entire text of my separation agreement which included a lot of personal information. Yes it is public record but geesh, to have to include it was bad. I complained though the Qualia website and Dennis would not have had to do anything, but he took the time and did the work to redact out unnecessary information. I would have liked to had a better close, the young man didn't seem to have answers at close when we asked, and the software you have really has some bugs in it. Much of the closing was done with limited or no access to print wordage of what was being signed. If I hadn't done many transactions with home buying and selling i would have really been worried that I was signing without the proper knowledge of what was being agreed to or signed.

I all other transactions, the Trust Certification was sufficient for this purpose. Luckily I had access to other records in the trust to show the specific powers which is what you required.

I sent over a recording package today for a title only transaction with very in depth instructions, even requested a happy dance for some month end morale boost around the office and Nate knocked it out of the park. There was a small problem with the funding of my loan, likely COVID-19 related, and the heaviness of our current times. This was a bit of a discomfort for me, and I (politely yet assertively I hope) brought my concerns to Deana. She listened attentively. That is remarkable in itself. Most people listen to respond. She listened to understand, and I believe understood my concerns. Less than a week after she told me she would look into my problem, she sent me an email--and took 100% responsibility--even though I believe the problem was with a vendor her company hired, not her or her staff. I am absolutely gob-smacked by this action. If the members of our community (me included) acted with 1/4 the integrity and responsibility Deanna demonstrated--we'd live in an entirely different universe.

Prompt, efficient and very professional

Trish and her team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They helped my clients and I close four days early and get their keys in hand shockingly quick after signing. Very communicative, friendly, and hard working. I am excited to work with Trish again in the future.
