Process was fine

When I came to ApplebyHealy, I had no idea what to expect. I only knew they came highly reccomended. Everything was thoroughly explained in language I could understand. I was actually relieved that everything was taken care of, and I didn't have to worry about it anymore. I met several of the staff, and they were all wonderful. I do not know what they could have done to make this experience any better!

trying to pay my $50 for the client care program 2024...went into client portal, clicked on want to pay, said an email was sent to my email (was correct email address) but I didn't get an email. waited, then asked for another, waited then nothing, then went back and paid it another way... also signed up for the annual discussion group. had to add an app to my phone, had to get tickets, had to figure it out. Why make it so difficult? why not pay on your website and get an email back. Took me a long time and I don't like extra apps on my phone... I wouldn't have said anything, but you asked for feedback. Love working for you all, just don't like the computer frustration.
