trying to pay my $50 for the client care program 2024...went into client portal, clicked on want to pay, said an email was sent to my email (was correct email address) but I didn't get an email. waited, then asked for another, waited then nothing, then went back and paid it another way... also signed up for the annual discussion group. had to add an app to my phone, had to get tickets, had to figure it out. Why make it so difficult? why not pay on your website and get an email back. Took me a long time and I don't like extra apps on my phone... I wouldn't have said anything, but you asked for feedback. Love working for you all, just don't like the computer frustration.

The attorney, Mr. Barry, was very helpful in explaining my daughter's and my questions in reviewing our trust. Sometimes the legal writings can be overwhelming; he explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand.
