Fast and easy closing!

Most of the closing process on our new home went smoothly, however, at the closing we noticed that my name was incorrect. On many of the closing documents my name was shown incorrectly as “Errol P. Roseline” when it should have been “Errol P. Forsman”. When we brought this issue to the attention of the closing agent, we were told that this was not a problem and the issue was not corrected.

As a central Florida Realtor I represented the Buyer on a closing where the seller chose Atlas Title Agency as the Closing Agent. We were assisted by Marie and words can't describe how absolutely amazing she was!! Marie was very responsive and on top of everything throughout the whole transaction. We ran into some major hurdles, not due to anything she did, at the end that required constant attention over the course of 3 days. Marie never skipped a beat with staying on top of everything and doing what needed to be done to get my Buyers and her Sellers to the closing table as quickly as possible!
