Everyone knows buying a home is grueling at its best but after a multitude of different Company as well as personal residence purchases/sales in 7 different states since 1986, this Atlas team rules the roost on chugging along, spotting problems as they jump up or proactively getting ready to override the possible speed bump! At actual closing scheduled time they were ready, had an efficient speed of signing routine as well as taking care of 2 surprise problems from the earlier walk thru and before leaving the offices they already had printed their closing refund check to nail down a darn-near perfect closing. Given the opportunity choose this team and office for your Ocala escrows!

I was a bit confused regarding the actual money wiring process and wish I had known about Friday closings and the delay in wiring the $. Not receiving the wire or any type of notification for three days was a little stressful especially knowing about online theft and fraud. Other than that your company did an excellent job.

There were more than a few problems with my closing— but Marie solved them all! My wire funds had not been received. I called my brokerage to find out what was wrong. I tried to convince the rep that release of funds by 4::00 was essential. I was going nowhere but Marie jumped in; she knew what to say, questions to ask and how to get the rep to resubmit and expedite the wire request. At the same time she was positive and supportive to me and calming and confident with the seller who was very unhappy! Marie guided me in follow up until we finally had confirmation that funds would be received by 4:00! Marie was the sole reason this sale closed on time ! As a central Florida Realtor I represented the Buyer on a closing where the seller chose Atlas Title Agency as the Closing Agent.
We were assisted by Marie and words can't describe how absolutely amazing she was!! Marie was very responsive and on top of everything throughout the whole transaction. We ran into some major hurdles, not due to anything she did, at the end that required constant attention over the course of 3 days.
