There were more than a few problems with my closing— but Marie solved them all! My wire funds had not been received. I called my brokerage to find out what was wrong. I tried to convince the rep that release of funds by 4::00 was essential. I was going nowhere but Marie jumped in; she knew what to say, questions to ask and how to get the rep to resubmit and expedite the wire request. At the same time she was positive and supportive to me and calming and confident with the seller who was very unhappy! As a central Florida Realtor I represented the Buyer on a closing where the seller chose Atlas Title Agency as the Closing Agent.
We were assisted by Marie and words can't describe how absolutely amazing she was!! Marie was very responsive and on top of everything throughout the whole transaction. We ran into some major hurdles, not due to anything she did, at the end that required constant attention over the course of 3 days. Marie never skipped a beat with staying on top of everything and doing what needed to be done to get my Buyers and her Sellers to the closing table as quickly as possible!
