Beth was very helpful and efficient, especially in getting documents and paperwork ready before closing. She was also very helpful in giving us some advice and information about homeownership and what is expected of us as homeowners. She did a great job of explaining all the mortgage papers and documents that we signed too. I appreciated it very much that she was going to submit our tax documents to the township so that was something less that we had to do and it was kind of the final piece of the puzzle in getting the whole mortgage paperwork and documents done and submitted. Thank you! You were another big help in the homebuying process, especially since we did not have a real estate agent.
