The only reason I do a four-star is because of the website they have you go to before closing and answer the questions and half the time it did not work right and that we had to go into the office to get it taken care of.

This was a smooth transaction, even though there were several parties involved. I would have preferred to have more and clear communication earlier on in the process. It wasn't until I reached out to escrow to ask when we were closing that I was provided better communication. The portal made it easier and ultimately it was a good experience.

The correspondence was basically online via email only. I would prefer to have some updates come via phone call or text. It seemed like the messages generally weren't answered really quickly.

Fast and courteous service. However I wouldn't have the buyer and seller both in the same room together at closing. I've never seen it done that way in the past. Generally they go to closing separately. Great service, fast and very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good title company in this area.
