I am a first time home buyer… and it was a foreclosure … which means, it was very stressful to not knowing the process and who I can trust. Luckily, my amazing realtor Alex Burrlader referred me to the Empire Title Services. The Empire took a good care of everything! Right away I was contacted by layer Kim De Biase, who is amazingly knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. It was a lot of back-and-forth between lawyers form the seller side, association, approvals, addendums, ect… all of that were handled on the highest professional level. And a separate Big Tank You to Cynthia Cohen! She assisted in all aspects, reaching out to my bank members, mortgage officer, association, to all the representatives from the seller side (it was a lot of people there) and me to keep all of us moving. For closing, she was able to explain every single line item in great detail. I left with all my questions answered.
