Wow! What a ride this transaction has been! I have to give a very big MAHALO to Pearl and her team at FHT for going way above and beyond on my most recent transaction. Not only was this a REO sale, but it was for a property on another island in which the two buyers were also located on different islands also! Additionally, not only was I the Buyer's Agent on this transaction, but I was also representing my own husband and family members and Pearl handled everything with grace, tact, knowledge and diligence. As a former Escrow Officer myself, I hold a lot of expectations for my escrow agents on any transaction for myself or my clients and I was pleased with how the escrow and title side of things were handled, despite the many delays and unforseen circumstances that arose throughout.
