Wow! What a ride this transaction has been! I have to give a very big MAHALO to Pearl and her team at FHT for going way above and beyond on my most recent transaction. Not only was this a REO sale, but it was for a property on another island in which the two buyers were also located on different islands also! Additionally, not only was I the Buyer's Agent on this transaction, but I was also representing my own husband and family members and Pearl handled everything with grace, tact, knowledge and diligence. As a former Escrow Officer myself, I hold a lot of expectations for my escrow agents on any transaction for myself or my clients and I was pleased with how the escrow and title side of things were handled, despite the many delays and unforseen circumstances that arose throughout. Pearl communicated thoroughly with us, she did it with grace and kindness, and if something was needed urgently - I loved that she would pick up the phone and CALL! The service and communication was great and I would definitely recommend and use Pearl again in the future! Mahalo nui loa again!

Thank you to Pearl Gore who made this escrow happen. I could not have done this without you! This escrow had so many difficult issues due to the Seller's personal issues, numerous liens, title issues, divorce paperwork, Buyers canceling due to issues with the property, etc. The transaction required a significant amount of extra work, and title work prior to the escrow opening and throughout the escrow.
