I first spoke with Katie because I had a few questions about my property in Putnam county. She was so helpful. I received an offer on the property and the buyer said they had to find a title company for the closing. I suggested your company. In a very short time I was contacted by Tammy. She did some investigating on the buyer. As soon as she found out they were legit, she set up a closing. The paperwork was emailed to me the day after I talked to her. I took it to have it notarized the next day. I received my money for the property by wire within a week. Tammy and the staff always were courteous and professional, answering every question each time I called. Tammy kept me informed with every detail. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

The transaction went well. I am happy that my client also liked working with Gullett Title. I know we had a difficult closing with the title issue for one of these properties so it was complicated but the communication was a little slow at the beginning where I had almost no information on the title claim from several months ago and if this was okay to process with the ongoing claim. I always choose Gullet title.......This closing was particular complex because there was a issue on the title that needed to be resolved. As we worked through this Gullet title was extremely patient. All of the people at both the cresent city office as well as Palatka have been great and I would like to call out Leah and the closer and office staff at Cresent city for making this happen.

Christa handled everything expertly, including some time crunch items to enable mail away Seller signing.

There were a few bumps in the road due to the lender but Phyllis and her team didn't skip a beat, remained professional and kept the ball rolling towards a successful closing. Communication throughout the process was also very thorough.

After several emails back and forth referencing the Presidents Day beforehand, no one mentioned that they would be closed.
