I first spoke with Katie because I had a few questions about my property in Putnam county. She was so helpful. I received an offer on the property and the buyer said they had to find a title company for the closing. I suggested your company. In a very short time I was contacted by Tammy. She did some investigating on the buyer. As soon as she found out they were legit, she set up a closing. The paperwork was emailed to me the day after I talked to her. I took it to have it notarized the next day. I received my money for the property by wire within a week. I have been a part of over 100 closings (as a realtor and transaction manager), in the past 3 years, and have not had a better experience than the one with Gullet Title. We had survey delays that required two closing extensions; I was in frequent communication with Gullett Title to keep all parties informed and committed. My main point of contact was Jordyn Smith and I could not give her a higher rating for the job she did. She was always pleasant, quick to respond and made every effort to keep me informed on progress on their part.
