The only snafu was there was no note saying my documents needed to be notarized, so I sent back (from New Mexico) the documents which ended up being very stressful with a day's to closing time crunch. Other than that everything was straightforward and doing the required info online was easy to deal with.

5-star with Kaitlin. The absolute nonsense about not accepting an ACH deposit from USDA was very frustrating to say the least. USDA ONLY FUNDS IN THIS MANNER!!! So is HCT stating that they will no longer work with USDA borrowers??

It would be helpful to be able to see in Qualia who our closing officer is as that is not in there now and we had no clue who to contact as it's currently set up. Also, I sent a few emails through qualia to the processor on file that were never answered. I had to contact my local office, Laura & Kaitlyn to get my questions answered and find out who our closer was as well as to get the settlement statement. 2 days prior to closing we had not received a closing settlement statement. Local office handled the closing great & were personable.
