Maritza is one of the best title agents I have ever worked with! This was an extremely difficult bank-owned transaction with constant paperwork changes, government delays, high buyer-paid title fees, and numerous issues with the mortgage company. Maritza handled everything with professionalism, patience, and ease. She took the time to answer my buyer’s many questions, explain the fees, and even stepped in to help resolve problems with the lender. She went above and beyond from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Maritza highly enough!
