The process was very complicated but went off without any problems. The thing I offer is since I was in another state the time to do the required paperwork and get it back was a vary narrow time. Especially since it has to be sent by FedX. And in this situation with FedX which called for an Express Overnight deliver turned into a 5 day effort.

It was a seamless, painless process that kept me in the loop every step of the way using the latest technology to accomplish all of the paperwork quickly and easily. Much simpler than my last house closing 12 years ago. Thank you.
