I was in a funk after my walk thru due to the sellers being totally unresponsive and my attitude was not the best when I met him before my closing. Our closing agent, John A. DeSantis Jr. went above and beyond on our closing date. There was some issues at the banks closing department that caused a 4 hour delay. Our original closing appointment time was 3:00 and we didn't actually get the final documents until 7:00pm. John was good enough to change his plans and move the closing time. John took the time to explain what we were signing and answered all of our questions. It was great working with John.

Top notch, exceptional, almost too good to be true! That’s how I describe Mega Title. I’ve done 8 closings with Mega. Unless you’ve dealt with other title companies (or any company in the service sector), it’s hard to determine what superior service really entails.
