(Suggestion: Aspect to watch for with future closings is to make sure the key e-mail address (when spouses/multiple parties are involved) is flagged up front. If a response is not received in an expected / needed time frame, there could be a chance that the one receiving the correspondence is not the frequent e-mail user. Just want to avoid important/time sensitive correspondence being delayed or missed. I simply did not think in our scenario to highlight that from the starting point.
