Christine & her team at Ocala Land Title always go above and beyond. They make closings easy and stress free.

Please consider scheduling the buyers to sign first and then the seller to sign 30 minutes later. The seller only had a few pages to sign, but had to wait a long time for the buyers to sign a lot of paperwork.

The entire time I was involved with the multiple complexity of many mortgages that did not come through, all the staff was on top of the situations and never was there any question from them as to whether or not we were going to close. When a mistake was made (we are only human) they fessed up to the error and made it right immediately. I would not hesitate using them again next time.
