Excellent service from a well established company in Sequim. We used them approximately 15 years ago to purchase land and later to sell the house. Always available to help and accommodate any special needs I highly recommend them. I could not imagine using any other title company when you have the best right here in Sequim.

Great working with the professional staff of Olympic Peninsula Title!

This is the go-to Title Company on the OP. They are knowledgeable, proficient, friendly and capable of handling complicated transactions. I especially like (and have used repeatedly) their contract collections division that serves as an intermediary between buyer and seller during seller-financed transactions. The only thing I would change if I could, would be that the internet-signing software that they use requires that the user draw their signature using their mouse. This is really difficult for left-handers, and I suspect for some right-handers as well. I much prefer the capability to use an electronic signature, where the name/initials are "signed" using a text-based application.

You'll see OPT on the logo. My thought? OPTimal, and I should know, especially since I'm a former California litigation attorney & maybe more than a little demanding. But the first reason I say OPTimal is that, when my wife Lois and I, along with our adult son Daniel and his wife, Rosa, moved to Sequim in January of 2014, OPT was the title company. Second: After we moved in, a neighboring family complained that a structure on our property encroached on theirs, and that led to litigation, surveying, and a settlement that added about a half-acre to our property. And OPT was the title company that recorded the adds and subtracts that settlement the "metes and bounds." Third reason: With the boundaries established, my wife and I opted for a Reverse Mortgage, and OPT handled that. Fourth reason: In April of 2020, when my wife passed away (peacefully), I was uncomfortable with the "reverse," because if something happened to me, my son and his wife might not be able to sell the property before the lender could foreclose. So they arranged a conventional mortgage to replace the "reverse." And OPT was our choice again. That's four (4) transactions in the space of six (6) years, but our/my experience has been 5 stars on each and every occasion. Clincher for you: OPT didn't ask for this recommendation; I volunteered.

And, as a former California attorney (who's admittedly a little picky for details) I should know: 1. when we moved from Los Angeles to Sequim, OPT was the title company for our purchase transaction; 2.
