All went fine, but OPT seems to make some "little" errors. Like on the email I just got, it said "Congratulations on your sale of 941 Jones Farm Rd, Sequim! ". (We bought, not sold.) Twice we got communications with the wrong address on them (dealing with a different property). None of this was a big deal, but it just seems odd when your only job is to deal with details.
