I want to thank Britney at the SML office for excellent and attentive service on my closing that required a lot of follow up with the mortgage company. Britney was proactive in staying on top of issues that arose due to an accelerated mortgage loan that had to be completed for close in under 3 weeks. She helped facilitate the completion of the loan and made sure everything was in place within 3 weeks and just on time for my close.
