I had a positive overall experience with Pike Title. The team handled my transaction professionally, and everything ultimately came together smoothly. There was one hiccup along the way. A key team member I had been working with left the company in the middle of the process, and I was disappointed that no one reached out proactively to reconnect with me. For a short time, it felt like I needed to initiate the communication myself to get things back on track. That said, once Ashley stepped in, she did an excellent job. She was responsive, organized, and made sure everything was completed successfully. Overall, Pike Title delivered a good experience, and I would work with them again. A little more proactive communication during team transitions would make the experience even better.

Loved working with Carrie, your office is very beautiful! Improvements would be to set the closing date 10 days (or more) from contract signing. Stick to that date unless absolutely no way to close that date, I know it happens. 2 days before that date have the settlement statement completed for review by realtors, buyers/borrowers and sellers to review and make adjustments - then you have it ready with changes on day of closing. The last minute not knowing if we are closing or not was nerve wracking and not totally Pikes fault. Thanks for eventually getting us through this process!!
