I liked to portal and the ability to see the progress of the closing. I did have an issue with submitting a document and then being asked to resubmit as they had not received it. On my end I could see it was posted. No biggie. I just resent. Response to questions were fairly quick and they where always extremely professional. I would highly recommend your company.
