The whole closing experience was excellent. From the initial request for information from us to yesterday's closing, everyone was responsive and willing to assist with anything we needed. In and out in 20 minutes! Super quick process and everything was ready to go. They answered my questions and were very knowledgable!

Overall satisfied except for this incident. The tank's oil level and its monetary equivalent evaluated one week before the closing day are not fair. Before the closing day, the home is not ours, and we don't even have access. On the closing day, all the data were false. You made us lose money. It is not the monetary value the most important, but the principle of doing so is not fair.
