Staff is always very responsive and does a great job. I had the sense, however, that Stephanie is still learning and that is great but we had a couple of issues (furniture was included on the closing statement and reimbursement for expenses incurred by Rolland Group were included in the commission check. Both items should have been separated and should have been separate. Nothing major, but we felt we had to watch it a bit more closely than normal. Not a complaint, everyone has to learn and she was very responsive getting the furniture issue corrected. We didn't ask her to correct the reimbursement being lumped with commission. We just asked our office to cut 2 checks to us.Commission is taxable and reimbursement was not taxable.
Steve was great to work with and kept in contact with us every step of the way. He answered any questions quickly and confidently. Would definitely recommend this company.

Every company is different. The last one we worked with was very hands-on, emailing us frequently and calling us to make sure we understood everything. We only had one call from Suncoast One the day after we signed our offer. Then we heard nothing. I even had to call them to confirm that our wire transfer had been received. Steve was well prepared for us on the day of closing and the entire process was completed in 15 minutes. The bottle of wine was a nice touch after the documents had all been signed!
