Amanda Crane and The folks at the Englewood office were exceptional. They handled the closing of my fathers home in Florida after his passing. They were professional, efficient, and prompt throughout the entire process. The staff regularly communicated with me by email and phone calls to answer any questions or concerns since I was out of state and assisted me with all aspects of the closing from beginning until end. Funds from the sale were quickly wired to my fathers trust account after closing. Thank you Suncoast for making this stress free in a very difficult time.

From when I walked in the door, they were nothing short of massaging my feet lol seriously these ladies take their job very seriously and we’re very very thoughtful appreciative and attentive. You all were the best, Buying a house is very stressful and coming into sign all the documents is hard you get so excited but you all made us feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail making it much more comfortable to do. This was a difficult closing because a bank had incorrectly placed lien on the property being purchased. The bank was not responding on a timely basis, but Amanda and her crew kept on top of it, got the issue resolved, and successfully brought us to the closing table.

The team was excellent. It was quick and easy and we went done with the process very fast.
