She was so nice to work with and went way beyond our expectations in helping us with the closing process, which was delayed several times and required her to provide much more information to our buyer’s lender than normal. She waited until 6:00 pm on a Friday night to receive the final approval of the wire transfer from the lender and then communicated this information to us. The closing went very smooth and it closed very quickly. I called several title companies and they quoted a longer time frame. Amanda was professional and answered all questions. We were all very pleased buyer and seller.

This was an extraordinary circumstance, with my husband actively dying, and they moved heaven and earth to make it happen as best they could. And when it wasn't fast enough, they readjusted and made it work again. Amanda came into the office on Saturday and again on a Holiday to send me documents so they could be notarized in time for the closing. If I lived closer, they'd be getting flowers and chocolates.
