How I met Jessica, I had originally called your Northgate office to express my need for information and some direction on how things are done regarding the process of title, I had heard that I had to deal with an attorney, unlike the State of Nevada. So being a new broker in Tennessee and unsure of myself, I was just trying to navigate the way things are being done in a different territory, sorta of speaking. I was looking to build a relationship with a local office, it was unfortunate, when I first called I received little assistance, as if I was talking greek. I asked for the escrow manager hoping to find someone who could understand my frustration and concerns. I was fortunate to be given Jessica's information, an experience I'll remember, she knew just what to say and do. She articulated a clear and concise picture of what Team Title could do to help facilitate all of my needs. A great day was when I bet Jessica. I'm so grateful for Team Title's customer service that I was provided during the learning process in a new territory as I navigated through the process.
