Madison jumped in very quickly to close this escrow when the prior officer left the company and for that I give her thumbs up. The only negative comment I have is that I found a mistake on the Preliminary Report regarding a recorded document in the history of this property. Madison did submit it to "title" right away but the amendment that resulted did add a document number that was missing, but still had the wrong date of recording. I did not bring it to her attention again as it was really just a buyer issue and if they didn't object, it was OK with me. I don't believe the error had any effect whatsoever on the validity of this property transfer. Just kind of annoying that a date on the public record couldn't be corrected in the Preliminary Report, but so be it.
