I was out of town at the time of the signing, so we needed to complete the necessary documentation virtually through our computers. The process went seamlessly, despite my apprehension. My wife was able to sign documents shortly afterwards in the office and when the buyers learned we were signing at that time, they moved up their appointment to the same time, so the house was sold sooner than originally planned. I did think the $30.00 free for the electronic transfer of funds was a bit much, compared to what an ATM would have charged, and that could be something the agency could consider revising in the future. I think the funds transfer ought to have been included in the title fee, since they all would include such a transaction. All in all, though, we had a positive experience and would recommend them in the future.
