Quick and easy on the day of closing... very pleasant experience. The only thing I would like to have seen more of is communication prior to the closing date. I really had little to no idea where we were in the process which was a little unsettling.

The process of buying a house in Columbia was seamless. There was lots of annoying paperwork, but that is expected (and was doubled because we are in the process of selling a house here).

Great experience! Luckily had the hybrid option so most of my papers were e-signed. Weather was bad the day I closed but I was in and out of True Line within 15-20 minutes before roads got worse. All of my questions were answered and the process went much smoother than I had imagined.
