We worked with Warr & Warr to close on a refi and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. The team is responsive to emails and was flexible when it came time to set the closing date/time. Rebecca provided an overview of each document before we signed and took the time to patiently answer any questions we had along the way. I was impressed with Rebecca’s thoroughness and doing a quick check of every document before we left to ensure all signatures were complete and dates were written. A miss would have resulted in another drive back to the office.
