the team was very personable and wonderful to deal with with, especially Tammy. From securing the bid to closing was 2 weeks, which was a tight turnaround. My reason for keeping it under "great", was that there seemed to be a disconnect or bottleneck above Tammy, which delayed important information from getting to me, causing me to make routine follow up calls.

Tammy Morgan was the best. After running around town trying to find a notary with no luck she sent a mobile notary to meet me. He was the best and knew everything to get the job done. Tammy stated they could do a mobile notary from the beginning but I thought I could just go find one myself. I was so nervous about everything. Once she sent him everything went smooth.
