Christa and her staff at Gullett were very accommodating to us in the selling of these properties. Being 1,000 miles away in Illinois could have been a nightmare for us to do everything Florida law requires to sell property in that state, but Christa and her people made it very easy for us. Thanks for all you did. We have received our proceeds from the sale. I hope we were not too difficult to work with, and I hope. that the new buyers will be very happy with the property that they purchased.

Tammy Morgan was great! Super helpful and very good communication.

EVERYONE at Gullett Title is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I work with them all the time and would never go anywhere else. The dedication and effort they pour into every closing is astonishing. Mrs. Christa and her incredible team truly go above and beyond for their clients. It is always a privilege to work with them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best title company around!

Miss Tammy Morgan was very professional and courteous. Issue arised she took care of it promptly. Enjoyed working with your group. Katie was also very helpful. See you again when we sell the house. Let me know if I need to do anything.

Awesome experience! First time buyer! Great service throughout the whole process.

The transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Was a pleasant experience for our buyers.

Professional and kind. They went all in in getting me to the finish line. Thank you

I had such a wonderful experience with Gullett Title on this closing! This one was extra special because it was my very first closing as a Realtor, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help get us to the finish line. From start to finish, everyone at Gullett Title stayed on top of every detail, met every deadline, communicated throughout the process, and worked hard to make sure everything came together for a smooth closing. As an agent, knowing you have a title company you can count on makes such a difference. Thank you to the entire Gullett Title team for helping make my first closing such a positive and memorable one. I’m so grateful to work alongside such an amazing group of people and look forward to many more closings together! Thank you Christa, Maria, Angelia and Jordyn!

Mary Jane was extremely helpful throughout this entire process. Always Promptly answered calls, texts and emails. Extremely polite, knew what she was talking about and helped navigate any roadblocks that came up. Highly recommend.
