It was very difficult to transfer money from out of state and the title company did not understand their own rules with the closing portal which is $100k per transaction. They had to set up 3 different transactions, on 3 different days in order to complete the transfer. While part of the issue was the PA banks not allowing wire transfer unless in person and we had a cashiers check get list in the mail, understanding that all funds should be in one bank and multiple transfers may be necessary would have been very helpful. Aside from this, our experience was good.
