The whole process was great. Only 2 hiccups happened. The first one was I was told by someone in your office that the second person being listed on the deed (not on mortgage) didn't have to be present to sign anything when in fact they did, as I found out when I was there to sing. This made the mortgage company having to redo their paperwork. The second was the HOPER program didn't wire their funds till almost your closing time. This is not a mark your company at all but wanted to let you know that it happened.
